SWIMMING FOR ALLFinals

Organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan in cooperation with the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation, this competition brings together athletes from member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States.

The event aims to promote swimming, encourage a healthy lifestyle, and strengthen friendship, solidarity, and sporting cooperation among Turkic states.

Winners and medalists will be awarded with diplomas, medals, and commemorative gifts.

SPORT PROGRAM & TECHNICAL RULES

Sport program: Swimming

Format: Swimming duration is 30 minutes.

Measurement of results: Distance is calculated by the number of completed 50m laps + final lap.

DELEGATION COMPOSITION

Each participating country is invited to send a delegation consisting of:

Two athletes per each age category (e.g., 1 Male and 1 Female).
For 20-28 athletes: Maximum 4 Team Officials and 4 Coaches.
For 15-19 athletes: Maximum 3 Team Officials and 3 Coaches.
For 10-14 athletes: Maximum 2 Team Officials and 2 Coaches.
For 1-9 athletes: Maximum 1 Team Official and 2 Coaches.

Note 1: One among participating team officials shall be assigned as Head of Delegation.

Note 2: Expenses for delegation members exceeding this quota will be the full responsibility of the sending country, upon approval of the organizing committee.

JUDGES' BOARD & RESULTS CALCULATION SYSTEM

Judges will be provided by Azerbaijan Swimming Federation, and results calculations will be carried out by the panel of judges provided by the federation.

MEDICAL SERVICES

First aid will be provided by the designated medical team in the venue.

AWARDING

Participants will receive certificates, diplomas, medals and gifts from the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and from the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Travel and insurance expenses of the teams (swimmers, coaches, and team officials) participating in the final stage of the competition are covered by respective countries.

Accommodation, local transport and meal expenses are covered by the host country.
